Job Responsibilities

Overview:
The Spare Parts Coordinator is responsible for all proposal and orders related activities for the spare parts business.


Responsibilities:

The Spare Parts Coordinator shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
  • Provide parts and equipment rebuild proposals including price and delivery to customers.
  • Maintain the proposal log.
  • Enter and track sales orders.
  • Research and supply technical information to customers in support of parts sales.
  • Coordinate with engineering when additional technical information is required.
  • Expedite orders, especially interacting with manufacturing to assure work orders are moving.

Educational Requirements
Establish and maintain good customer relations by promptly responding to external and internal customers inquiries and promoting the Company’s products and services
•Data Entry into various systems
•Data Management of Spare parts inventory
•Excel Spread Sheet clean ups/ formatting and report generation
•Keep track of trends, volume
•Sending order confirmations, tracking information and parts return authorizations to customers
•Cooperate with the Purchasing Manager and Shipping Manager and headquarters in order to secure qualified management of spare parts delivery when applicable
•Assisting with warehouse work/ shipping, receiving and inventory audit
•Requesting quotation from local suppliers and headquarters KNAPP in Austria
•Filing and shipping documentation/ order confirmation matching
•Shipping calculation
•Develop and update written procedures for each task. Standardize work and cross train employees
Experience Requirements
Qualifications:
  • The Spare Parts Coordinator shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Performs other duties as requested

Working Conditions and Environment::
  • Overtime, if required by work
  • Occasional travel maybe requested
  • Professional office etiquette is required at all times
  • Physical requirements: sitting for long periods of time, standing, walking, climbing ladder, speaking, visual acuity, finger dexterity, listening, reaching at arm’s length, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Authorization to work in the US
  • Passport or ability to obtain a passport
